Changes to Style, Size, and Photo - Within 24 Hours After Placing an Order

Should you have a change of heart and wish to alter the item's style, size, or photo, please send an email to support@avocaboo.com. Changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement due to our products entering the drawing or printing phase within this timeframe. We will respond promptly to your request and make the necessary adjustments.

Address Changes – Before Order Leaves Our Warehouse

If you require a change to the shipping address, please email us at support@avocaboo.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the new address you'd like to use. We can update the address as long as your order has not yet left our facility. Once the order has left our facility, we regret that address changes are no longer possible.

Damaged/Misprinted Items – Within 30 Days of Receiving the Package

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We will reprint and reship the item to you free of charge. To initiate this process, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and your order number. We will reprint and dispatch your item within seven business days.

We stand by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we offer reprints at no cost. To request a reprint, please email us with a picture of the item, an explanation of the issue, and your order number. If approved, we will arrange for a reprint and ship it out within seven business days.

Please be aware that the size, color, and image you select during the order will be printed on your item. Avocaboo is not responsible for replacing items due to incorrect size, color, or image selections.

Product Image Disclaimer

While we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, variations in screen resolution may affect the actual color representation. If you have any concerns about color, material, or size, please contact us for clarification before making a purchase.

Cancellations/Returns

Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours. To change images or cancel an order, please email us at support@avocaboo.com with your order number and recipient's name for easy identification. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed beyond the initial 24-hour window after order placement.

Refunds will be processed for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping fees and discounts on personalized items unless an incorrect shipment occurs. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days from the date of the email to see the funds in your account, and another billing cycle for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

Exchange & Return

Personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact our customer service for return instructions.

Every order is accompanied by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product arrives defective or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, email support@avocaboo.com with your order number, pictures, and a detailed explanation of the problem, and we will process your request. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. After 30 days from your purchase, refunds are no longer applicable.
